A nice read, it has something to teach along with it's fierce torrent of freedom and adventure. The girl, a spoiled princess, suddenly sees her father killed by the man she was supposed to marry.Haku, her guardian and also the strongest general on the show until the chapters I've read, makes a death vow to her father ; guard the princess with his life. They flee from the castle and venture into the dark places where poverty and slave trade instills weakness and fear into people's hearts. After seeing this, the deep recesses of her mind questions her entire life, and after essentially becoming a whole new person, she vows to change her kingdom, not in the condition of a princess, but of someone who cannot be a bystander. | 8 | 70

4 | ![]() | Tokyo Ghoul:re While I read every chapter that is published online I have lost some of the passion I had for Tokyo Ghoul. This will include spoilers: The reason is the art and the way the artist is portraying the fights. I've begun disliking the series as a whole after chapter 26, before that chapter I loved it. I was thrilled to know why Serpent wanted to kill Torso, what would be Aogiri s plans with the mass production of owls, why Arima is so strong, to know if the V organization will attack Tokyo and if any of these organizations are planning something. Many of these questions are being answered, but the pace of answers is too slow. I am not one for complaining about pace, and I don't know why I feel this way about Tokyo ghoul, one thing that bothers me about the art and the portrayal of the characters are how super-heroish and childish they are portrayed. Their fighting scenes seems wrong somehow, look at Suzuiya killing his father Big Madam, it was done only focusing on the pose of them, with one panel showing the monster's panicked face. The next panel they appear,in all super hero and teenager style. The next two, Big Madam is subdued and the way the attack her seems too easy, with too low difficulties. | 7 | -

5 | ![]() | 17-sai. The art was pleasant, and the plot was the best point of the story. An unusual development occurred in the main character, he ended without redemption, without atoning for his sins. He ended with a worse personality, going as far as wishing the other mc dead so he could live. The premise was very good, but the deliver was lackluster, it "beat around the bush" too much. At first I thought half of the manga would be the consequence and wind down of the act, if so it would be far more interesting. 7.5/10. | 8 | 35 | 4 | Low | ||
