The plot/character is quite generic like most most BL mangas; MCs being together because one has fear of darkness (childhood trauma) so the other main lead was asked to sleep with him and feelings developed overtime (the usual cliché plotline). However, the artwork done was very unique; it was very clean and refreshing as you can immediately tell from the main cover.
The two main downfall of this particular manga were: (1) not a complex story but had the potential to be one specially with Kachou's childhood; (2) tw: incest-- this element was unnecessary to the plot and it was also one of the reasons
why I didn't rate the manga higher. The concept of incest was not heavily focused here -- it was lightly used -- but it was still bothersome because it's disgusting and I can't understand anyone using it as a form of "love" or "romance".
The author has the potential to produce much better complex yaoi work and I'm looking to reading more of their work in the future.
