Manga: NHK ni Youkoso!
Are you a shut-in, scared to go out and living in isolation? If so, excellent - these two are perfect for you! Me-Teru No Kimochi is the spiritual brother of NHK. In both the main character are recluses (although Me-Teru's lead has been one for far longer) and in both a beautiful woman enters the picture, intent on changing their lives. NHK is more believable and has a girl with small breasts, Me-Teru has a sillier premise and a woman with big breasts. If in doubt, go with the one with the bigger boobs - that's my suggestion.

Manga: Mama wa Doukyuusei
Both Mangas have main characters who live with a young mother who has a much older husband. Conflict arises when the main characters sees potential interest in their mother. Me-Teru does the story different by the main character being a shut-in and trying to grow as a person. While Mama is a more traditional high-school flavor story with ecchi and drama filled scenes.

Manga: Ressentiment
Apparently, if you're a 30-something basement dweller still living with your parents, there's still some vagina out there, just waiting for you. And we're not talking about the loose, overly used variety here: we're talking about the kind you should by rights only be able to touch after paying lots of money beforehand. Oku of Gantz fame/infamy's take on the hikikomori phenomenon was always going to have at least one sex scene with a boob-boobed, far too kind to be real woman. Not even the reclusive lead kissing a puppy was surprising after Butter Dog. But Ressentiment giving hope to every fatty in need of love  read more

Manga: Usotsuki Paradox
Both of these mature titles revolve around forbidden relationships which end up negatively. Usotsuki Paradox features the growing lust between two employees, one of whom is in a relationship. In Me-Teru no Kimochi, the male protagonist grows attracted to his stepmother.
