Synopsis

London, 188X: a slew of grotesque murders and dismemberments involving several unidentified women brings terror upon the city. With seemingly no connections between the victims, no known suspects, and no motive, the case lands in the hands of a stoic and brilliant young detective named Nero Morley and his crime-fighting partner Abigail "Abby" Brighton.

Nero immediately has a hunch that the recent disappearance of a noblewoman is somehow linked to the murders. But in order to find the woman, Nero and Abby must first lure out the culprit in the city slums. Just when the two stumble upon a lead, an unexpected face appears, though something does not seem quite right about this encounter.
