Both are slice of life and involve romance between two high school/college aged coworkers working together at a convenience store. The male leads have a crush on the female leads first, who tend to be a bit more quiet.

These mangas are two volumes long. While Toshishita is more about the main characters, Inakya is about "I like you but you like her so...". But still, the premise is very similar. The main guys are a year younger, have a bright and straight-foward personality. The girls have a mother / big sister complex, and treat their interest as children.

In both the male MC is younger than the female MC, though in Mikansei Lover the gap is a bit bigger.

Both mangas are about a couple where the girl is a year older but that's the only similarity, I guess

the girl is very caring and kind, so she's considered "a mother" (or in TnO a sister) by her friends and family. both are really cute but Kaname-kun (CP/T-HP) is a little strange, like he really needs to be cared for.
