Manga: Akari to Kare wa Nayamashii
A young man brings home a subconscious boy out of the goodness of his heart. Turns out the boy was nursing a broken heart and his feelings about being gay. Both stories are wholesome but I do wish the pedo angle didn't exist.

An adult man ends up falling for an openly gay high school student.

Manga: Itadakimasu, Gochisousama
Both manga feature a working adult (in his late 20s) who stumbles upon a high school student (on the verge of fainting) on a cold, snowy night. Both take the student home out of the goodness of their hearts..... and thus begins a unique tale of affection between the two! Bonus: One of the MCs is a great cook and his future partner enjoys his cooking a lot. Bonus 2: The student realizes his feelings for his senpai first.

Manga: Irony Dress ni Sayonara
Both are warm and fuzzy stories about teenagers struggling with their sexuality meeting kind older brother like characters and falling in love. Where Irony Dress ni Sayonara deals more with misunderstanding of sexuality vs gender identity and family acceptance Yamada to Shounen deals more with self acceptance.
