Synopsis

Narumi Momose is a petite and cute young woman who loves idols, games, and everything anime or manga-related, especially in the boys' love genre. In other words, she is a closet otaku and more specifically, a fujoshi. After a breakup due to these kind of interests, she quits her job and joins a new company. At her new workplace, the only colleagues who know about her secret are her childhood friend Hirotaka Nifuji, a blunt gaming otaku; Hanako Koyanagi, a cool and mature-looking beauty; and Tarou Kabakura, an attractive guy with a scary face who always gets into fights with Hanako.

While having drinks to catch up, Hirotaka advises Narumi to date someone who would understand her hobbies. But she is hesitant—otakus are typically perceived as gross, and the only ones who can understand them are otakus themselves. Or could a relationship between two otakus work?

Following the relationship of Narumi and Hirotaka as they begin dating, Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii is a light-hearted story about those who try to balance work, relationships, and hobbies.

Currently video games, manga and anime are one of the most popular hobbies among young people around the world that make up a global industry that is constantly on the rise.

These hobbies have been deeply installed in our lives and for many they are more than a way to pass the time since these hobbies have made them create memorable memories of their childhood, they have supported them during a difficult time or they simply find it enjoyable to interact with other people who share their hobbies within a community.

Wotakoi takes these elements that form the enjoyment of many and together with love, one of ...

story : everything is original, I have never come across this type of story before. the comedy stories are funny and there are stories that are not shown in the anime. the romance story is not as much as I thought but it was enough to make my heart tremble, the relationship of each character is romantic & not excessive. the scene is depicted with real.

art : I really like this one more than the others, the art style is very detailed & pleasing to the eye. I really like the colored pages because it makes my eyes comfortable and looks pretty.

Mixed Feelings
This manga (and the anime) is a romance that was a nice change of pace from the typical high-school stuff seen. It is one of the first manga I have ever read, and it is nice to look back on what has happened. Honestly, its a very cute and wholesome show with alot of feel good vibes, but it really is style over substance. The main romance with Hirotaka and Narumi seems much more like a friendship, and even the end doesn't feel very genuine. The cast is decent and varied enough, but in my eyes, the romance aspect feels somewhat forced for all the ...
