The basic premise of the story is that the main character is a plain looking glasses wearing schoolgirl who is sent on missions by the school president to rescue ladies from a variety of situations (usually involving scheming/evil men) as her alter ego Shinobu who is a kick ass ninja.
Of course Shinobu proves irresistable to the ladies she rescues and as the story goes on she ends up with a harem of ladies who are desperate for some more sweet loving from her, and as the story progress and her conquests mount up much hilarity ensues as she spends her time trying to hide
...
and run away from her crazed fangirls.
The only person other than the villains who isnt seemingly in love with her is the vice president "China" who seems to be rather taken with the president and can't figure out why she spends so much time with glasses chan who she views as a possible love rival. That is of course until she too is rescued by the mysterious Shinobu and joins her legions of admirers desperately searching for her...
