Artwork is very similar. Both deal with government organizations and agents. Action, mystery, drama. Missions. C-blossom is fairly short (only 2 volumes). Dolls is *MUCH* more violent and grisly than the other.

Both are really good, 2 volumes long series in which two teenagers, who met each other kinda suddenly, get involved in a rather unpleasant and dangerous situation (kidnap, murder, gunfights, villains, and the like). These manga are very similar, in a way. The male protagonists especially. Sousuke and Ko are both serious, silent, handsome guys, expert in fighting, making strategies e using guns, but also capable of showing emotions, and their main goal is to protect a girl who is hunted and kidnapped by an organization. The female protagonists are both girls who get into difficult situations, and they even share the same name (Kana/Kaname). Both manga have action, guns, and also a bit of romance. FMP has more comedy, C-Blossom has more drama. You can consider the latter as a more serious version of FMP. Both are short and very  read more
