Mato-chan is a lovely comedy, the kind of those that happen to be just like comet haley as they are seen once every generation.
The cuteness of this series is truly something to behold as it gives it an aura of mystique and heart warming feeling that makes the heart melt like ice in the presence lf the sun.

The art is fitting because eventhough it isn't something to praise in terms of quality but it does it's work giving personality to the characters and making them stand out as the lovely characters they are.
Everything said i consider this piece of art as a lovely slice of life that shows how much a person can know about something and always come up with better ideas to mention it.
