These two titles situate the male protagonist in the same home as a number of female characters (most of which become romantically interested in him).

They are both with a beautiful girl who is living at the same roof and they both excellent romantic comedy story.

These mangas both contain alot of romantic and comedic cliches that work very well to keep the story interesting. Otomari Honey plot is about the life of four girls living with the male protagonist and one of the girls is in love with the him. Ayu Mayu is about how the male protagonist wants to find his sister(s) and moves in together with possible matches, but not knowing the truth leads him to fall for one of the girls. While these plots are different they both follow a very similar romantic/ comedy stroyline. As well as giving us some great fan service.

The whole 4 girls living with 1 guy thing reminds me of how the girls in R+V are always fighting over the main character, Tsukune. Otomari Honey is more reality based, though, while R+V is more supernatural since it has monsters and a Demon School.

Both of these serialisations revolve around a male protagonist who ends up living with three females. Both place a strong emphasis on romance, comedy, and ecchi.
