You all have been brought to this world famous amusement park for a certain task that you have been promised an extraordinary reward for helping us with. We will be asking you to carry out a simple monitoring. We will be showing you documents outlining some experimental attractions as well as image videos for them. Oh, and we would like for you to provide at least three points of improvement for each attraction. Answer everything and do not leave any spaces on your form blank. It does not matter how small a thing it is... Now, it is time to begin monitoring.
Looking for something equivalent in thriller horror aspects as Umineko and Saw? Well, this light novel is definitely for you. Using "Attractions" as the basis to games as seen in Saw. Oh and there are also s few of seemingly sexual exploits done by the "Bunny Girl" as referred to by like everyone, except in one instance where she was called Karen.
Anyway, 5 main characters arrive for a job at Attraction Land in order to better improve the attractions through a kind of survey/monitoring, otherwise known as getting an opinion from a third party. The first half of the story progresses with the events of previous exploits in these attractions taking place in a video form to the 5 main characters, with each story containing its own main character and having their inner monologue being conveyed to you constantly with an abstract thought process as they fight for survival. I won't go further into as to why they do. Now, having the video's shown and having a first person perspective in all of them make it have a similar feel its predecessor, *A Simple Survey*, only this story has a much darker tone to it.
The whole premise to the first half of the story is just for you to gain information on what Attraction Land is. Paying attention to the details and thinking abstractly play key roles to the characters as they overcome, or fail, in their objectives. Needless to say, a grim punishment awaits if the should fail.
Imo, the best Attraction told in this story would have to be "Washing Away Blood with Blood" which had this grand action plot thrown in and was just heaps of fun to read. But don't let me tell you that this is the best one. Oh no. There are also a few psychological based Attractions that toy with the very being of the people taking part, making them think beyond what they thought was humanly possible in order to survive, most of the time at the expense of another.
One such example of a psychological, and yet very simple one, is "Sudden Death Old Maid". If you don't know what Old Maid is, just give a quick google search to find out. Trying to not get caught cheating and trying to catch the other cheating are two completely different mindsets. Most of the time, if you're cheating, you won't be focusing on them enough to notice if they're cheating, and vice versa. This is the whole premise of it. Just being a simle game, but with high risks involved in order to test the lengths at which you'll be willing to go just to succeed.
The second half of the story, which involves the people doing the monitoring are quite standard for stories such as this. With the group comprising of two males and three females, and only having one little bitch female(who also happens to be blonde with blue eyes, wow of course). The main of the group, well they're all the main characters, but the one with the first person perspective is Higashikawa Mamoru, who is actually the most likeable character out of the group (apart from Karen read more
