The Shogakukan Manga Award (小学館漫画賞, Shōgakukan Mangashō) is one of Japan's major manga awards, sponsored by Shogakukan Publishing. It has been awarded annually for serialized manga since 1955 and features candidates from a number of publishers. Each winning work will be honored with a bronze statuette and a prize of 1 million yen (about US$9,000). Special awards are also occasionally given out for outstanding work, lifetime achievement, and so forth. Romance manga (some manhua/manhwa) set in historical settings. Some are solely focused on the romance while others have romance as a sub-genre. Number of sales and date that number was acquired from in notes for each. Some of them I have personally estimated a higher figure than the date says. Chill out like it's Sunday with the best of the best. In the world of the anime and manga industry, it is rarely seen that a female manga artist comes at the top of the chain. Most of the popular anime series are written by male authors. One Piece, Naruto, AOT, Jujutsu Kaisen, all these notable manga’s are from male artists. And, there is no end to this list. But, what about anime by female manga artists? I'm trying to make a comprehensive list of all Manga and Manhwa that was translated into Swedish. In this part so have I listed the manga that never got a complete translation into Swedish. This list is derived from The Anime Man's "The OFFICIAL Top 100 Manga Of All Time (According To The Internet) Is Actually Surprising..." video. The video goes over the results of an online poll that he created in which people could vote for their favorite manga series. It can be a manga about cats or just feature one cat. Also: not exactly a house cat but any kind of feline. While the gender of authors doesn’t matter in either way or demographic, I have always been fascinated about female mangaka who have managed to weave incredible stories among male competitors in the Shounen genre. And most of them have been very successful regardless of reader demographics. So I wanted to create a list of works for that reason. Series featuring romances between main leads who are of two different species. I only count the editorials that stills publishing to this day: IVREA, Panini Manga, Ovnipress, Kemuri, Utopia, Distrito Manga and Pop Fiction. Note: the reader already knows about this secret from the start (no spoilers). These are the mangas have published in Vietnam, some i describe here like which publishers that published these seires, few that used to published from that publisher is consider as former and as for the newer publisher that published as of now is current. I picked a few popular ones that well known over here and the underrated ones for this list A list I decided to compile of all my favourite shoujo (and maybe josei) series I've encountered, they aren't ranked in particular order. |
