Both have a strong female lead and a gentle male lead as well as similar humor and romance. Very cute! 

The plots are not very similar but both have tom-boyish princesses (they even look a little alike) 

The story isn't similar at all but the way it's set out it. It's set out as a story for every chapter instead of just going from start to finish with no pause or recap in-between. 

These works are similar in their story line. Both stories have somewhat similar characters: a tomboyish girl, a prince with a secret and a mischievous brother. In "Tokage Ouji", Sienna keeps shifting between his lizard-self and his prince-self whereas in "MeruPuri", Aram constantly shifts between his child-self and his adult-self. In both stories, the main Prince has a brother, who is more troublesome than most & a lovely princess to love. Both mangas have a good plot & are in the magical/shojo genre. I recommend both for all fairytale lovers. 

Both involve the "transformation into animal" idea. FB is a frequently occuring curse, TO is a long lasting curse. 

Both manga are about the arrranged marriage between a prince and a princess. Initially the princess hates the prince but after she gets to know him better she takes a liking to him.
