Both main male characters have already a girl on their sight but being "bothered" with an another girl which they find annoying. Both manga titles shares kind of the same plot and character relations. Great character designs and artworks.

Very similar feelings from love triangle school romance stories. One of the girls is an old friend of the protagonist and the other is newer. The relationship between the MC and the girl he's been friends with for longer is built up well and they have a strong connection despite being separated at times.

Although the two manga have completely different settings, both have a similar premise in which the main protagonist has someone they are in love with, but are introduced to a new love interest. Also, Both manga are shounen romances involving a love triangle, but one manga has a male lead and the other has a female lead. Finally, the plots follow an extremely similar trend, so if you liked one, you'll like the other.

both have an "ice queen" as a main character and both have 2 people competing for the main character's love

Both are works of Yuyuko Takemiya and have the same genres; Comedy, Drama, School Life and Romance. Toradora is about a male lead who's in love in the female lead's best friend and the male lead is in love with the female lead's best friend. Watashitachi no Tamura-kun is about a boy who's in head over heels with his middle-school love who departs far away and meets a girl in his new high school who falls in love with him.

Both feature a girl who lost her family due to an accident, and from then on their lives change dramatically. Hana no Namae seems to be deeper, and has a much heavier atmosphere than Watashitachi no Tamura-kun.
