Manga: Grancrest Senki
A pair of a girl and a guy from different backgrounds who help each other in their work and personal lives within a kingdom. An ancient Europe-like era. Things such as plans in order to win battle, tactician, close combat melee users, knights, pretty girls, a bad guy, and a nice guy can be found in both stories. Think about crusade-themed games but with some fictional stuff added.

Manga: Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin
Similar protagonists, both of them are great tacticians but they are bad at everything else. Ikuta is lazy and often cause trouble to other people. Regis is a bookworm and willing to spend his pay of books. Similar female lead, both of them are great swordsman. Both are war stories and are very political.

Manga: Nejimaki Seirei Senki: Tenkyou no Alderamin
Both series takes place in a fantasy world where there's war and political affairs that divides nations. In addition, the female protagonist from both series share some similarities. There is strategy involved in many of the military conflicts and throughout both series, we see how characters take risks and plans their moves to get advantages. There is also romance although the pacing is rather slow in their story.
