Both these manga revolve around medicine. Though Wild life is medicine for animals and TMD is for humans. TMD is also more concentrated on showing the corruption in a medical university while Wild life is more care free and comical. Both are great medical manga and if you liked reading one of them, you'll most likely like the other too!

While Inubaka focuses primarily on dogs and is a slice-of-life rather than the medical manga Wild Life often is, both obviously have mangaka who are passionate about animals. The main characters are also the happy, cheerful, sometimes-silly but always-earnest type. =)

"Wild Life" and "Doubutsu no Oishasan" are both incredibly enthralling works that tackle veterinary medicine (a rather obscure theme in manga). Immersive stories that has discernibly been heavily researched by its authors. While Doubutsu no Oishasan is about a veterinary student who has to handle snow pileups, temperamental animals and eccentric professors; here we see a rookie veterinarian wrestle with a wild environment.... and even wilder patients.

both of these manga are medical manga. Saijou no Meii has a bit more serious feel in it's story and wild life is more comical, also Saijou no Meii patients are humans and Wild Life are animals.

In Wild Life and Shiina-kun there are people involved with taking care of animals. Besides there are also weirdos and both are comedies.

Both manga's are really educational, and revolve around a professional trying to accel in their fields. And the main character from Wild Life is actually parodied in Yakitate!! Japan. The latter of which has been known to embezzle facts though

At first these two mangas seem totally different. However, they're both about idiot doctors treating patients. In Godhand Teru the patients are humans and in Wild life there pets and wild animals.
