Desperate times call for desperate measure. Here we follow the lives of the main character as they attempt to hook up with the school idol/girls and the obstacles they encounter. 

Most of the story features the insane interactions between a bunch of loser friends while the main protagonist tries to get into a relationship. 

In both the MC's are stuck in a "timeslip" and must make changes in the past in order to protect/change the future. In Ore ga Doutei wo Sutetara Shinu Ken ni Tsuite the MC must prevent his friend from killing him in the future. In Wagatsuma-san wa Ore no Yome the MC needs to ensure he marries the most attractive girl in school. 

The two manga's are similar in the harem aspect of having multiple female characters fall for one male individual. Both stories show the challenges the main character go's through trying to keep the future successful picking the right partner to be with. Both manga's have talented Mangaka, they show stunning art work and very surprisingly funny comedic scenes throughout the narrative.  

Both male leads are kind of nerdy guys who aren't really accepted by society, while both lead girls are really popular but sort of quiet with hobbies no one else really knows about. Both are pretty much the exact same genres, except Wagatsuma-san can be borderline ecchi at times. Both are really enjoyable school romance mangas. 

Wagatsuma-san's main character has to ensure that he marries his high school crush because they're married in the future, however the manga is harem so you know what that entails. Tadashii Kodomo's main character has to ensure that he marries his childhood friend because the future of humanity is at stake. Which means that the manga both include time travel and efforts to win over the main character's crush. Tadashii Kodomo has less comedy and more harem, Wagatsuma-san has funny gags, references, 4th-wall, but no action. 

Both stories involve the main character going back in time to pursue the one he loves. Both manga's show the issues and complications of what happens when you change the past. Both manga's share Comedy, Drama, Romance, and Slice of Life genre elements.  

Both have the same kind of humor: full of parodies of people from the world of entertainment, mostly Japanese but also some Westerns, dirty jokes and a special liking for drawing epic faces. 

Both manga involve the MC having many girls that fell in love with him and when you read them you want one of the other girl to hook up with the MC instead; instead of the one he loves. Some people might agree or disagree but both manga are good stories about school life romance drama. 

Both manga involve the male characters trying to change his future by not being alone. Both manga are romance comedy and it has a little of drama I recommend both manga its fun to read. The different between these two are that they are reverse Wagatsuma goes the the future for a moment while in Mujaki he goes to the past 

Both deal with time slip so they can change their future instead of living alone they wanna ask the girl they couldn’t in the past and have a happy life with them 

Protagonist is your average plain looking guy, pervert, and completely timid toward the girl they like. Their buddies is pervert enough to denied real girls. Sometimes also impersonate other show throughout series.
