I decided to write a review of this after sleeping on it, here is my review of Twins Game. I will attempt to omit any spoilers but it is only 2 chapters and may be unavoidable.
To touch on that further, the Manga is only 2 chapters long. There is NO resolution and it just ends when the story would start picking up.
Story - 6/10. If you read the synopsis and saw the tag "gender bender" then you already know the story. The twins do not fit in at their respective schools and Ai decides to swap lives with Yuu. That's all I can really
say without spoilers.
It had a nice premise from what I heard and it if was extended and continued I'm sure it would have been a nice story so for that, it gets a 6.
Art - 8/10. As I mention in all my reviews, I do not particularly care for art, I can appreciate good art but I have no clue how to review it at all. That being said, the art was nice. Nothing bad stood out to me and I liked the designs but it did no impress me past a small "like" so I thought it was "very good" hence an 8.
Character - 6/10. To speak about the characters you need to loop back to the synopsis.
The Male twin - Yuu - was given his name in the hopes that he becomes strong when he became older.
The Female twin - Ai - was given her name in the hopes that she becomes full of "love and kindness," basically so she becomes one of these rich girl nice types.
Unfortunately for the parents the twins personalities are the opposite of their names, thus both do not fit in at their respective all girls or all boys schools. The reason I gave it a 6 is because due to the manga being merely 2 chapters there isn't enough to give much information on the characters that being said, the characters themselves are good so I felt a 6 was needed.
Enjoyment - 5/10. I know what you're thinking. A score lower than 10, shock. It was just mediocre enjoyment, something to pass the time. As I've mentioned multiple times, the abrupt end of the manga means that it tried to go into a direction then stopped, this is why I didn't enjoy it much.
Overall. 5/10 I would recommend this if anyone wants a quick (and I mean quick) read. But for anyone not wanting to waste time on Manga that has no end and no future then stay away.
