Both are colored korean webtoons, that deal with vampires and where the main protagonist is a high schooler. They both have many comical scenes. But, personally, although there really are similarities, i didn't like Under Prin. I consider Crepuscule much more exciting and interesting. 

In these webcomics, main character(s) are demons/vampires that just want to live a peaceful, normal life.
