Both are about a younger girl and a an older guy whom start developing feelings for each other. Both girls have an different personality. Although Switch is about a student x teacher relationship and Hana no Namae is deeper.

Saikou no Kiss wo Ageru consists of a few short stories. There's one called '7Kiss' which is about a student that really likes her teacher, and is about to leave school. She doesn't want to leave school without confessing to her teacher, but she doesn't want 'no' for an answer. See how the protagonist gets what she wants! Some blackmail is involved. In Switch, the protagonist in feels that teachers and adults aren't understanding, but one teacher helps her to change her prospective.

In 7th Period is a Secret, a student falls in love with her high school teacher. It's only one volume though, so revealing more would give the entire story away. There were a few more short stories in there about other topics that I can no longer recall, but the one I liked most was 7th Period is a Secret, the one about the student and teacher. In Switch, the same occurs, except there is somewhat of a different situation. The protagonist in this feels that teachers and adults are not understanding, but one teacher helps her to change her prospective.
