The art tends to be pretty similar, especially in terms of character design. Both stories also have a fair amount of scenes in taverns / pubs, and classic adventurer-style cities where the characters pick up quests or find information. One series focuses on thevery, with an epic quest as a secondary plot point, while the other focuses on an epic quest, with thievery as a secondary plot point. The two characters, Jing and Zeo are pretty similar in terms of how they're portrayed as a lone wolf. They also both have talking pets that they carry around and converse with. The major difference between them is that Zeo ends up being a little more melodramatic, while Jing ends up being a little more cocky. Another minor difference is that Zeo typically has a group of adventurers around him, while Jing tends to go it solo most of the time. The action scenes in both series also end up going off the rails, and they both feature mutated creatures that the characters have to fight. The style of the action scenes also end up feeling very similar in terms of structure and pacing, even though Zeo seems to have a heavier focus on magic. read more 

both are mc who are weak when it comes to using magic despite being mages one by choice and one not so much both use swords to fight and are totally badass but they're not invincible as they don't know how to use their powers properly both are about kids who are orphans both have a mission and a goal which seems out of their reach both gain teammates but in this sense wizardry zeo is much darker because people die in every few chapters who seem to be important but never the less they die. both are in their mid teens and travel around doing quests both fight some insane battles over all wizardry zeo is like a mature version of black clover and vice versa  read more 

Guilds, wizards, magic, comedy, cute talking pet sidekicks, missions, monsters and dragons. Very similar concept.
