Epic shoujo fantasy manga characteristic of Ichiraci magazine that have powerful, yet sensitive male leads who all characters naturally gravitate towards, even their enemies.

They both have something to do out of the ordinary. They both 2 main leads who worry about each other. In Asterisk They are angels who fight against demons and in Pure Blood they're vampires who fight their own kind if they go astray. Definitely a must read for both.

They're both stories about fate and protecting each other. They're also both supernatural series and BL stories with a sweet vibe.

-both are shounen ai -both are supernatural -both have a person being protected by someone stronger -both have beautiful drawing(my opinion)

Are incredibly similar. By the same mangaka, so they have similar art and style. Have lots of "sensitive" guys, without being truly shounen-ai. In each, the inhabitants of a supernatural world (Jusenkai, the Angel World) come to Earth to hunt creatures of evil.

Very similar pieces indeed. I do believe that the only difference is that in TK the main characters are actually brothers and in Asterisk they are just very good friends. The warmth of the series are almost identical, although the time, space, setting and story are completely different. I probably should also state the fact that Asterisk is indeed shounen-ai, while Teikoku Kyoudai is only a shoujo with bishies :D (so far, at least). You will definitely enjoy them both, if you like the genre :)

Shoujo fantasy manga with a relatively modern world, except there are supernatural creatures that the main characters work to control and protect unaware bystanders. Shino and Kio are abnormally powerful, yet not conceited. People naturally gather around them. Both works feature beautiful art and a well planned and structured story.

Seriously, If you liked one of these two, you HAVE to read the other. They are both about supernatural beings who take care of the souls of the departed. They both have shounen-ai tones, and they both have super cool characters. I love those two mangas.

Well, I just felt the need to compare these two, because even though they are not really similar, they give off the same feeling :) Besides, I really fell in love with both of these series :D. Read them! I am sure you will feel the same way

Both mangas portray the adventures of the main characters in a relaxed way that is peppered with action and romantic scenes appropriate to the flow of the stories. KT 007 involves the working relationship between a cop and his psychic partner with humor, mystery and romance chucked in. Excellent shoujo manga. Asterisk involves the adventures of a seemingly 'regular' angel and his childhood friend who has become a higher angel. Excellent shounen ai manga. Please give them a try. No regrets required.
