Manga: Tokimeki Gakuen Oujigumi
Also a series of oneshots, Penguin Prince is filled with laughter and romance that's sure to make you shriek like a fangirl even if you're a guy. The author of Penguin Prince also has a unique art style. It's similiar to TGO in it's unique art style. Both are great reads.

Manga: Chihayafuru
Penguin Prince is a collection of oneshots, but the 2nd story has the same traditional japanese card game "Hyakuunin Isshu" involved, that connects both of the main characters. While Chihayafuru concentrates more on drama and slice of life, the oneshot is more of a rom-com.

Both are from the same mangaka so the art is really similar. Also, both consists of a series of one-shots which are very cute!
