Mashounen BT is a look into early Rohan one shots story telling and reminds me in many ways of the Rohan character. The houses drawn in the series actually look very similar to Rohan's in Morioh. The difference is that BT is simply not likable, and the motivations for his goals is fairly thin. The story is incredibly Bizarre, but lacks the consistency of something like Jojo due to a lack of overarching plot/theme. It's closer to a series of one shots.
It is definitely an interesting look into the development of Araki's style, as his early use of his random lines, posing, and story
telling style are on full display. You can definitely feel Araki infusing the character with his bizarre quirks in this manga, so if you enjoy Araki you won't feel like you wasted your time (less than 30 minutes) reading this title. The actual storytelling(showing) of Araki is great, but what he chose to tell is not that interesting.
Fundamentally however, BT really is not a likable character, and nothing about the story/setting really stands out. Mashounen BT is a decent little manga, but I would find it hard to read any more chapters about BT.
