Both female mc have a weird drawing and fell in love with the male lead. Both manga are about drawing/painting. 

Both female protagonists come from the countryside and are unfashionable. Their personalities and even hairstyles are similar. I feel both mangas give off the same innocent and pure vibe and deal with problems of trust and self confidence. 

Cute, sweet romances about awkward young girls trying to fit in in art-school. 

Both mangas are very similar in my opinion. - They both are about art (music being art) - The characters fall in love quite fast, and believe it will be easy to fulfil their dreams. The beginnings are quite full of clichés (but it really gets better!) - They then face reality, and you can see them grow as they don't give up and do what is necessary to achieve what they really want. - Both endings are beautiful!!! 

Similarities: - Shoujo romance - About art - The dude has a sort of pushy/teasing personality and isn't serious in the beginning - No major drama
