Both series consist of a survival game, where the main character must justify his actions in the progress of the game. There are viewers for this survival game and occurred through an online interaction. 

They are both death game, though real account is far better regarding plot and art (by my oppinion). 

both main characters dont know where they are at the beginning and they are in a place where they cant escape. bloody junkie takes place in a building while Btooom is on a island the only way is too kill other members outsiders watching the players over camaras while they fight too survive  

A game involving life and death. Its kill or be killed for both main characters. 

In both mangas the characters are confined and are forced to play a game to death.
