Manga: Marugoto♥Anju Gakuen
As per family arrangements, the protagonists of both, boys with long hair and girlish looks, are sent off to attend all-girls schools posing as girls. Both Mizuho and Kaguya have pretty timid personalities, which leads them to get into some sticky situations where they risk blowing their covers, but their kindheartedness helps them make friends along the way. Both are pretty heavy with harem and ecchi aspects.

Same premise about cross dressing.. The difference is that in Reversible it's an all boys school and on Otoboku it's an all girls school...
