Both are romantic comedies involving a male protagonist and the female angels and devils that are attracted to him. 

In both stories the main character opens a strange object to find a demon girl locked inside and for variouse reasons the girl ends up living with the girl 

Angels from Heaven and demons from Hell are all after one human who has something they want.  

Similar stories and art, both revolve around a boy coming into contact with a strange girl, and the relationship that comes aout as a result of the meeting. 

In both of these series, the protagonist creates a contract with a supernatural entity that grants wishes. However, once the number of wishes expire the entity takes the life of the protagonist. 

Both manga have the male protagonist contracting with devils, forced to live with beautiful demons, school life drama, and humour. Beelzebub is a little more of a gag battle manga whereas Hakoiri Devil Princess is more of romcom. But I think that if you enjoy one you'll enjoy the other.
