Both are about different martial-art styles, martial-arts schools fighting for the title of the strongest and revenge.

They both have outstanding art and realism as well as outstanding battle scenes. Vagabond has fewer characters, more of a seinen. BaS has more fight scenes, characters and styles introduced.

Another manhua about revenge. Instead of gods vs humans its about one martial arts faction trying to take control of and/or destroy all others that stand in its way. Just like in Feng Shen Ji a young mans way of life is destroyed when an opposing force shows up and obliterates his home where after he is saved and trained.

These manhuas both have excellent art and period martial arts. Blood and Steel has different martial arts clans fighting. Blood and Steel is much newer but it is developing into a first rate martial arts manhwa. Both have awesome art and an interesting cast of characters. Blood and Steel has more martial arts while Ravages of Time has more political intrigue and is a lot, lot longer and more involved, but if you like one please check out the other. The art and stories of both are top tier.

Arslan Senki and Blood & Steel are no strangers when it comes to armed conflicts. There is a distinctive amount of bad blood in their story and we learn more about the origins of the past that involves the conflicts. Both series' main male protagonists also adapts to survive and embarks on a journey to accomplish their goal aside others. Throughout their journey, they meet both allies and enemies. Also note that there is a lot of character growth throughout both series. Arslan Senki however is also known for its political themes while Blood and Steel carves for sheer violence.
