Ding Jiayu dreams of being a photographer. Her idol is none other than Yung Jo. When Yung Jo’s photography company holds an audition to find a new photographer, Jiayu decides to take a chance. The thing is, Yung Jo’s company doesn’t hire women, so Jiayu has no choice but to dress up as man and enter. Yung Jo takes great interest in Jiayu's talent and makes her his apprentice. Ingenuo is the type of Manhua that will make you lose your passion for life.

That was melodramatic.

Nah, it was just one of those perfect families and relationships you watch in TV commercials. A girl that cross-dresses {the enemy of all transvestites} works for the great nationally and internationally renowned photographer Jo Yung (what are the chances, people).

Why cross-dress?

It it because of a weird fetish?

No, it's because Jo Yung wants to work only with men and little lads (putting an excessively big question mark on his sexuality).

It seems that the recruiters weren't bothered enough to check her ID card or passport or even if she read more

This is one of the best manhua I've ever read. I literally fell in love with the guy! His personality was cold, sexy and possessive yet he was head over heels in love with the girl, Just perfect. There are times when I got slightly annoyed of how much he hides his feelings at the beginning, but then again that was a part of his charm. Jiayu wants to be a professional photographer and her idol is Yung Jo, the half Italian man who has a photography company that only hires men. Jiayu pretends to be a guy and luckily she gets accepted there. Working read more

The first thing that I want to say is not the main one at all: Though I don't like reading manhwa because of characters' names and direction of text, which makes me uncomfortable, this manhwa lacks inconveniences.

Ingenuo is a great story about photographers, life, friendship, family and LOVE, of course, different kinds of it: sempai-kohai relationship, success-versus-love story, hudge-age-gap, love polygon, celebrity-and-plain-girl etc.

Story is great! (and well-masterd also) Plot is interesting and maybe even unpredicted.

Art is sometimes outstanding because it shows true emotions through poses and, as it's promised by name, through angles, light, position and allusions.

Characters are enjoyable and real, I love them and read more
