- Both have a similar premise where the main girl characters can see and interact with ghosts and spirits. - While Renai Kaidan had a little more focus on the romance aspect, comedy is still the main selling point in both series. - Most of the running gags that happen in both manga revolve around the misunderstandings between the main male protagonists and the aforementioned spirits.  

Both titles have socially awkward female characters who seem to mostly cause their own trouble. If you like the cringe factor of one, you'll love the cringe factor of the other. 

Tasogare Otome x Amnesia and Renai Kaidan Sayoko-san are familiar with their supernatural tropes. After all, both series' main female characters has special abilities that connects them with spirits and ghosts. Their relationship with the main male protagonist are similar with decent amount of development. And despite the nature of their story, both series maintains a lighthearted mood revolving with events of the series. There is however origins that are focused when it relates to characters. The story of both series also has deeper roots that is expanded with meaningful themes and references. Recommended for fans of supernatural.
