15 year-old Yuya Fukushima has always wanted to live on her own, in an inn next to her school. This new dorm of hers, the Strawberry Tree Dorm, turns out to be a place with weird people -- a girl that touches her chest out of the blue, a guy with one of the shortest tempers ever. BUT the good thing is, there's a really handsome and nice guy that she fell in love with instantly! Also, not to mention a crazy cat who adores him (looks can be deceiving...). Yuya's life has just became much more interesting...
Volume 2: Ouji-sama no Tamago (The Prince's Egg)
Volume 4: Christmas ni Tenshi (Angel in Christmas)
When I found this manga here, I thought it would be really awesome (judging from the picture (yes i judge mangas by their covers/pictures before I start reading them)) so I couldn't wait to start. So I went to the place where I read them and I was like "WHAT?!". This is the most cliche, boring and used-up story.
Nothing special. The only reason it doesn't have 1, is cause it has some elements that you rarely meet (but, well, even that was ruined by the end of the manga)
I really liked the boys (Haruta Nana always has hot boys) but I really don't like the way girls are drawn... with big eyes and childish faces. You can't tell who is who without their hair lol.
None were any special, except for Yamanashi Ame, she (xoxo) was quite special.
Even though it was quite predictable it was still enjoyable... Kind-Of
this manga is full of romance and is a good shoujo manga.
i love all shoujo manga. but i especially like the ones with 2 main characters being a boy and a girl. at first i thought it was going to be like that but there where many people... well i'm not saying it shouldn't have any people i'm saying that at it takes too long for girl to fall in love with main character because she's in love with another guy for too long... i've read 18 chapters and she's starting NOW to fall in love with Nagisa (main character) so i didn't like that....
the art's your typical shoujo manga art so i think it's good....
characters are unique and very well drawn, they have good personalities, I liked their styles ! :)
i sure enjoied the development but as i already said i think it goes too slowly.
well all that said i don't have anything other to say... Read it! you won't regret doing so!!! \(>3read more
after reading the first chapter, i just couldnt...No i Didnt want to read anymore. Its The same cliche bad story. A dumb whiny girl who hates everyone at the start thinking shes gods gift to the world. Later she realizes how much she "loves" them. That isnt my problem though. what i hate is How she thinks shes in love with the main character. The Most popular guy, whos sweet responsible and is nice to everyone and she hates the second popbular guy, the cold mean hot guy whom everyone loves anyway, for ruining the chances of her being with him,
Then halfway she realizes she actually like the mean one and then azusas feelings get hurt cause he most likely likes her.(just like in star dust wink also a horrible manga)
its just horrible. shes just one of the worst anime characters ive encountered
my opinion is just Dont read it
Just Dont read more
When I read this I really found it boring at times.
Yuya was okay and nothing more. I remember her crying a few times, but not enough to get Crying Shoujo Girl syndrome (believe me I've seen worst).
Emika really ticked me off at first. There were a few times where it became overly obvious girl didn't have any personal spaces issues. Strangely, her later on love story was more endearing to me than Nagisa and Yuya.
Nagisa was definitely entertaining albeit beyond annoying. In the beginning, I was ready for someone to punch him in the face. His family is so heartwarming, his little sister in particular made me laugh.
Ame was okay as well. I thought I saw a rival love interest coming from a mile away, but thankfully it was an entirely different case.
Azusa was pretty nicey-dicey. Not much to really say
Kon! Oh gosh! He wasn't that memorable until the ending. So glad he found his own cute love. He's my favorite. :D
BIG SIGH... When Ako was introduced the story got really clunky. I hate how 90% of shoujos have to have a characters that compromises the MC's potential relationship with the love interest. Once that boring arc was over the story became good again to me
Not too much plot except for the occasion drama. Good for anyone wanting a light shoujo to read.read more
