Preliminary Spoiler

Preliminary (12/? chp)
Since this manga is ongoing (12 chapters out right now), my opinion on it may change. But since there are no other reviews I thought I should write one.

The story follows a journalist and a photographer at a company in a classic rivals-turned-frenemies story. However, despite its cliche premise, I did enjoy the story and especially its characters. The mangaka has an interesting sense of humor and keeps the story moving along quickly. Onoe and Kaburagi's relationship feels natural and not forced like in some other BL manga.

The art is clean and nice to look at, so no complaints there. The character's expressions are ...

I'm up to date with the manga so I'll update it whenever. This is my all time favorite BL of all time. Literally. It's so perfect in every way possible.

Unlike most BL's that may mainly focus on sex or so, this one is more like a normal seinan/josei romance. It's not overly cute or anything, everything in this series is balanced, and just in all the right ways possible. Neither of the top or bottom parties are overly masculine or overly feminine. Everything is nicely balanced, just the perfect type. The art is wonderful as well, doesn't make them look extremely pretty or buff. ...

My favorite BL of all time! So ofc I gave 10 for this manga. But for the sake of this review, I'm gonna try to be as objective as possible.

-Art-
I won't call it beautiful cuz the drawing is sometime kinda stiff and the coloring is so-so. HOWEVER, for some reason I really enjoy the art. I'm quite picky for the art when it comes to BL, but Idk why I really like the author's drawing. It might cuz I'm a fan of her tho. So it's kinda biased.

-Story-
Tbh the beginning was really ridiculous. The way they started to fall in love wasn't natural at all. ...

Lemme just say flat-out say I absolutely adore this manga and found myself almost always smiling while reading it. Also, I'm all caught up on the English volumes, i.e. I've read the first 4 and not the newest/5th one. I might allude to spoiler-ish things but I won't outright spoil anything. Okay!

Story: 8/10
It has a really great premise, don't get me wrong, but if I'm gonna be fully honest, it's quite predictable. Lemme also say that, I swear, there were many times where a problem could have been solved if. they. just. communicated. But hey, that's life isn't it? But I digress, the story was ...

I regret not reading it earlier, THIS WAS SO GOOD! All of their issues were realistic and had been handled maturely, it never felt annoying or forced.
Probably one of the rarest moments where I loved both uke and seme so much, especially Onoe. The way he always rectified his mistakes and also mended all of Kaburagi's relationships and helped him to be a better version of himself has my whole heart.
The way Kaburagi is so protective of him and always looks out for him, they are such a perfectly balanced couple, with each chapter their relationship just gets stronger and deeper, absolutely loved it.
Also Onoe's ...
