Instant spoilers
tl;dr: It's just another generic romance triangle where the MC gets girls to move in with him under unusual circumstances while these super-women try to trick the people around them into believing they are normal. Hilarity and ecchi ensues.
There's really nothing this book will do that's special. The start had me slightly interested at first. The initial fight and its resolution seemed interesting enough that I will admit that I was invested in seeing what would come next. They had some cool things going for it, like a secret organization that gave me SCP vibes on a smaller scale, where these super-powerful women are
...
kept under wraps for all of human history. Hardly believable, but it's fiction, and it's fun to think about it (no matter how many times it's done). I especially liked how the fight was resolved. This is particularly why I kept reading. More spoilers next.
The problems came after the fight. So the dragon girl and our MC become soul-bound to each other to remove the negative side effects from being one of these mystical creatures, this is fine. She moves in with our MC because they are a couple now, this is reasonable. The first things that happen are:
1. He walks in on her changing.
2. He touches one of her dragon parts, causing her to go into heat, and attempts to "relieve" herself.
If you've been in the game for a while, you know this scene like the back of your hand and can say "Of course that happens!". My problem is that after the cool setup of the fight and secret organization and whatnot, the genre shift turns into a generic Slice of Life where the unusual women have to conceal their powerlevel. Yes, it's humorous, I fought myself chuckling here and there. But that is not enough to keep me invested.
I dropped the book about halfway through, as it was detailing the dragon girl's first day at school. I just didn't care about the rest of the plot to push through. And I feel bad to say this, but there's a reason only a single volume was printed. There's nothing it offers that makes it stand out from the rest of the unlimited books in the world.
