This manga is extremely similar to bloody monday, im surprised not many people noticed. I guess both are pretty obscure. Not only do both of these manga have a similar style of the early 2000s. Both series are about hackers. And both series revolve around basicly a deadly or some kind of mutant virus. Both protagonists are hunted by organizations and they have very similar personalities also trying to protect their family/friends. While they are both very creative and go head to head with professional assassins or organizations. The writing and dialogue even the slang is almost identical, i almost felt i was reading a spin off of the other series etc

Same author, Ji-Hyung Song. Both really good seinen manwha with sci-fi elements, amazing action scenes, cool characters with mysterious powers, and of course wonderful art. UDDUP is way more famous, but XS deserves to be appreciated as well, since it’s even better.

Both stories open up to be very mysteries, which keeps you on the edge of your seat. They both involve sci-fi action. These two series just go together.

The main character in "XS Hybrid" has hidden "talents", as well as Banya did. They both do not know why or where they have received these powers, but know that at one time they were not used for a good purpose. In both stories, the plot is about equal: they awake living a rather mundane life that is somewhat comical, and find that they are being sought after. There's a girl in both stories who is the "friend-lover-support" type of person. "Banya" ends on a happy note, however I wasn't quite able to finish "XS Hybrid" because my anime/manga supplier could get the rest of  read more
