Amongst the numerous edgy antihero revenge superhero manhwa, Hero Killer is a breath of fresh air.

Story: 6/10
Though the story tries to take itself too seriously by invoking pseudo-philosophical dialogues, enjoyment can still be derived.

Art: 8/10
The art and colors are very nicely done. No complaints here. The action paneling flows very smoothly. There are few characters, but their character designs are great.

Character: 7/10
So far, there isn't much to say about the characters, except for them being one-dimensional but that is very normal for these types of stories.

I really enjoyed reading this webtoon, and encourage anyone who likes action/superpower/fantasy webtoons to give this one a try!

This manhwa is all over the place and very convoluted. There are way too many subplots and different characters to remember and keep track of that it feels overwhelming. So much of it is shrouded in mystery, normally I would like this because it keeps the reader guessing but in this case the reader is asking themselves way too many questions without enough answers for way too long. The plot progresses at a strange pace, sometimes it feels too slow and sometimes it feels too fast. This manhwa is supposed to have a lot of tense moments but because of the strange pacing it ruins ... a lot of them for me. The art is really good and it's unique art style compliments the interesting setting perfectly. The power system is a cool take on superpowers and there are plenty of awesome fights to go along with it. But with how confusing it can be I just can't recommend this.

Characters designs is probably the crown jewel of series and is so much better then most I've seen. Wildly mixed concepts that still work well together. From spartanian to cowboy to giga sword lady (all shown early, so not really a spoiler).

Sadly many intense battle scenes are drawn like ASS and only get slightly better later. Wide pictures with confusing arrows to imply some movement happend in that direction. I looked at some drawing for 2-3 mins and had no idea what's going on. With better visual overview it would have been an easy 8/10 rating. In contrast the series doesn't take itself too serious ... and made me laugh with unpredictable triangle mouth scenes.

Has some flaws in logic ang story telling here and there and situations are solved in a forgettable way.
