Isekai #54284 where a young boy wakes up one day and is the most powerful sage in the universe. Every chapter is the MC showing off his amazing powers to random people he encounters, and everyone makes the surprised Pikachu face. No story here at all. No drama. No comedy. No romance. It's mindless power fantasy where the MC can heal anyone and defeat anyone while laughing. Characters are about as interesting as a plank of wood. It's the type of manga you don't even need dialogue bubbles since you've read the exact same thing a thousand times. I would be shocked if this isn't ...
