Story: The story, while concise, ensures that the plot progression is not prolonged nor overly hastened, making for a nice, enjoyable read. While the parents being so accepting of the brothers' relationship was a bit jarring, one could chalk it up to their elation of being blessed with another child. It's amusing in a way, since Akito and Haruhi's relationship is rarely accepted in real life, let alone in fiction. 7/10.
Art: Visual aspects not quite noteworthy, is still pleasant to look at and consistent to boot. Their sister along with younger Akito is just precious! 7/10.
Characters: Haruhi's character was nice following, because despite being the

"cute uke" he has agency and doesn't let the seme push him around, which is refreshing, being immersed in a culture full of docile and thus irritating protagonists. Speaking of the "seme", Akito displays a tsundere-esque, yet endearing form of possessiveness; comedic value is added when you factor in Haruhi's obliviousness, misunderstanding his stepbrother's actions as "brotherly love". Akito's articulation of his feelings for Haruhi and the inner turmoil he went through whilst battling these taboo feelings is done justice. 8/10.
Final Thoughts: A nice tale of not-so-forbidden love, a definite recommendation if you don't mind psudeo-incest. 8/10.
