Shougo and Nana have had a picture-perfect relationship for more than a year. Cherishing every moment with Shougo, Nana wishes to stay together for the rest of their lives. However, her entire world begins to collapse when she learns that she will become blind in half a year. Fearing Shougo will leave her, Nana decides to conceal the diagnosis from him. As her eyesight gradually worsens, the young girl contemplates if she even has the right to drag the man she loves alongside her.

Natsu no Ame Furu Furu (夏の雨ふるふる)
