I've only seen all the chapters which is Inran Elf Oyako to Orc, Inran Elf Musume to Slime and the Inran Elf Haha to Roper.
CHAPTER1
Ok let's start of with Inran Elf Oyako to Orc

This time the mother elf goes out to collect herbs again, she goes deeper into a new cave, then she encounters a roper and check if it is dangerous, turns out that the roper is the scientist that was talked about last chapter 2, then the mother elf wanted to keep the roper because ever since the daughter take the slime home, mother elf is kinda getting jealous, then while at the cave the roper assaulted her and starts molesting her, the rest is history. This one is the most weird and gross to me, I mean come on for her vaginal inside to come out, that is gross.
I'm not really a fan of Monsters and tentacles, but since the art style is great, it contains some of fetishes like large breasts, large areolae, inverted nipples, lactation, boob sucking, I thought I'd give it a shot, it's average for me, this would be a solid 8 if there's no monster in it.
