Synopsis

Alejandro "Liandro" Cyril Bellavitti was just another secondary male lead who met a terrible end. Cursed from a young age, he was an outcast in his own home, devoid of his parents' love and neglected by the servants. In real-life Korea, a young woman cries for the pitiful character, wholeheartedly hoping he finds happiness. Suddenly, in the blink of an eye, she discovers herself in the very novel she had been reading.

Now known as "Evelina"—one of many nameless maids—she tends to the young and bedridden Liandro. Accustomed to the scorn of others, Liandro initially rejects her kindness. However, through tender care and consideration, Evelina eventually makes him open up. That is, until she accidentally lifts his curse, a role that was supposed to be fulfilled by the heroine.

Having effectively redirected the course of the story, all Evelina can do is wait to uncover what fate awaits her and Liandro—but this mistake may prove to be the catalyst that drives them apart.

Originally, it had a total of 111 chapters. If you don't have any problem with reading age gaps, you can give it a go.
As for the story, It was sometimes predictable, and sometimes the plot setting was too good to predict. The plot setting and art were really good. After season 2, art improved a lot (or at least I found it lovable). I didn't find it problematic; all the plots interested me. I wish they had a spin-off story with their daughter, as that one had a good plot too. If I want to add what I didn't like, that would be FL's ...

A lot of potential that I’ve seen vanish since season two.
Manhwa with a great initial potential but that fades away as the story progresses.
The premises are excellent: a girl is reincarnated (after exercising put to sleep, which even if it makes no sense you can pass over) and reincarnates in the word she had just finished reading, where she had felt compassion for the second ML.
Reincarnated in a maid is the only one to take care of the child ML who has been suffering from a curse.

From these premises then develops the plot.

If I had a dollar for each sleepless night this manhwa has caused me, I’d have about 4 dollars.
Which is not a lot, but I do not forgive this series for the pain it has caused me mentally

Now l wanted to like this series, l seriously did. In fact, l found it was pretty interesting in the start!
The art was pretty, Liandro's whole curse thing was pretty intriguing, & with the slight angst sprinkled on top, I honestly saw it having the potential of being one of my top favs.
So I continued to enjoy reading it just like that...right? Right??
