The concept of the story is really interesting, it's not your average isekai where the MC's main goal is to defeat a Demon Lord or make peace between the demons/monsters and humans or build an advanced settlement but instead it's a isekai where the MC's main goal is to defeat his yandere sister that gets reincarnated to the same world as him, the beginning might be unsettling for some tho.

Also, people are talking like the author made the MC a pedo, I get where they get this but it is a big stretch, too bad this manga got axed.

The translated chapters caught up, and as expected the series was cut short at chapter 20.
I feel like this manga was bound to fail from the beginning in a way.

There is only one other manga I know of where the real sister was in the fantasy world as the brother, at least that title made sense.
Here, the story and development failed to match up.

In the beginning, you read through what may be considered one of the most disturbing segments in the manga world. I'm shocked it was even allowed to be published considering how sickening the plot was set up.

In the future chapters, there was ... an attempt to shift the story towards the MC finding peace and enjoying his life in the new world. Sadly this did not work, because the whole purpose of this manga was around the "crazy sister."

Since that plot was resolved from the get-go, the story just didn't match up. It's as if the climax and purpose of the manga were achieved at the start, so everything else afterward just didn't matter.

In the end, this is a title that shouldn't be remembered as this is not the proper way to write an Isekai story.

This is seriously revolting.

As another reviewer noted, it has similar distasteful relations with underage minors (7 years old in this case) as Jobless Reincarnation, but it has the added bonus of having insane gore scenes that were sufficient to make me wince more than once while reading.

I'm not even really sure where this is going... I'll keep reading for now because I'm morbidly curious but I have serious doubts that this is going anywhere good. Especially since the titular little sister gets slammed in basically the first 2 chapters. Then it sort of transitions into a weird harem-like setting.

It really is like Jobless Reincarnation, huh?

Not ... recommended.
