One of the twins tried to kill herself/himself and another's searching for the motive in his/her twin school.  

In both stories the sister takes her brother's place at his school disguised as a boy and ends up falling in love with a classmate. If you liked Boku ni Natta Watashi you'll most likely enjoy this. (if you can stand the artwork that is) 

Both main characters are strong females ho live their lives for another person, in IS its for her brother, and in LITM its for the girl she was entrusted to guard. Both characters are forced to dress as a boy and end up falling love with the same person that the one they live for loves and are forced to choose between them. 

These two are gender bender manhwas from the same author, also the main heroine is quite strong in both of them. 

Both have a group of pretty boys who seem to hold all the power in the school. Also, these groups target one person in the entire school to bully. This target unfortunately suffers from constant bullying from the entire school; however, the main targets in these two mangas take a stand and fight back.
