Synopsis

After moving away years ago, delinquent Kenji Hayashi reunites with his former friend Yuu Takashina, whom Kenji used to call "Pochi" due to his similarity with Kenji's childhood dog. Despite being taller than Kenji now, Yuu still acts meek toward him like he used to. Because of this, Kenji is elated that his harmless subordinate follows him around.

At the park, Kenji encounters a puppy resembling Yuu and gets bitten by it while trying to pet it. The next day, Kenji realizes his body temperature has risen and men have been suspiciously trying to get close to him. He learns that his pheromone levels are extremely high as if he were in heat. Refusing to take any medicine, Kenji is left with the only option to ask Yuu for his help—oblivious that Yuu's "cute dog" persona is nothing but a facade.
