Manga: Yumekui Kenbun
The premise of both is very similar. There is a shop run by a baku and his assistant(s) where people go to rid themselves of their nightmares. The baku in both (Hiruko in Nightmare Inspector or Baku in Sousoukyoku Nightmare) is very focused about getting their sustenance and seemingly not much else. So far, Nightmare Inspector shows more character development and backstory, while Sousoukyoku Nightmare is nearly entirely focused on the personal reformations of the guests.

Manga: xxxHOLiC
xxxHOLiC and Sousoukyoku Nightmare are quite similar. They both have a shop that doesn't fit into the surounding area and disappear after they have finished there buisness. Both Baku and Yuuko ask unreasonable tasks of their employees, they also seem to know much more than normal. They both sell things for things in exchange ("soul" in xxxHOLiC and Nightmares in SN). BOth are quite entertaining so if you like one the other will be quite wnjoyable also.
