At first glance, this reminded me strongly of "My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness" and its sequel - both are autobiographical manga about deeply personal, societally taboo topics (though this manga isn't about anything exceptionally societally taboo per se, just untalked about). Both covers prominently feature flat, character-focused illustrations with an emphasis on minimal color usage, striking typography, and overall minimalism. Suffice to say, this book isn't about being a lonely, depressed lesbian, but a lonely, depressed married straight woman.
I picked this up at a bookstore one day and thumbed through it intending to see if it was similar to My Lesbian Experience at all,

Secretly, I've Been Suffering About Being Sexless.
That's a mouthful. When first approaching this manga I get many artistic vibes/aspirations that came from, "My Lesbian Experience with Loneliness" it's a short one-shot read. A pleasant surprise, that doesn't have too much going for it though but the art does it wonder. Husband and wife have sex-less marriage. After trying for a year to start a family, their marriage becomes sex-less. Husband is one-dimensional never wanting sex and wife is the opposite, craving it and doing everything in her power to obtain it. This was a very lighthearted and sweet manga, the author was very funny and honest about the things she was thinking while she was navigating through this problem.
I know the story is from her true personal experiences but i couldnt stop thinking that the conflict was not talked about enough in the end- I would have loved if the husband recognized that it was a couple's problem and took her seriously sooner instead of putting falsely the blame on her weight or her looks, but besides that it was really cute and i would reccomend this if you want a wholesome short manga for laughs!
