A shonen focused on character growth rather than battles.

Story
We follow the protagonist Taisei Tendo on his journey to take the shogi world by storm. The manga’s not really about shogi though, it’s about Tai and Sei, the two halves of Tendo. He has a different personality during the night and day, and the two can’t communicate, they just share the body. The story so far has focused on the two switching times after an accident. Art
The art for the most part is detailed ...

Character development in this series seems to be some what of a medium pace at times but the actions characters do to develop is ...

That being the case, only one of them got to go to school and make friends. Due to a freak accident, their night/day cycles get swapped, putting our goody-two-shoes Taisei on the night shift. The story mainly follows the uneducated Taisei as he chases his other half's shogi glory.

Anyway, so it's a decent idea for a story, though I don't know how to play shogi and don't care about it at all. The opponents are all heavily ...
