Incredibly wholesome isekai series about a kind old man who gets reincarnated instead of his grandson into a new world where he continues being the same kind old man he was before by improving the lives of the people in his new world through various modern day foods and crafts.
Much like many other isekai protagonists, Jii-sama is a tad bit overpowered, but unlike most other isekai protagonists, he doesn't let it get to his head and he simply continues being a wholesome old man bringing smiles to people's faces and entertaining little kids wherever he goes. just wish there were more chapters of it out there and that the score on this site was higher, because it really deserves more recognition.
I've decided to make my first review here because I noticed that it didn't have a single one as of me writing this one. If you liked series like 'Ascendance of a Bookworm' and such similar slice of life wholesome isekai, then you're sure to love 'Jii-sama ga Iku'. Please give it a try, I'm sure you won't regret it (well, maybe you will regret that so few chapters are out like I did, but you get the point).
