Both solely focuses on the embodiment of tights, there is not much more to say than if you have a prominent tights fetish READ IT.

MC of both Manga has a Tights fetish. Another thing shared is the MC's want to be closer to the Female of his fetish. Both are also School themed, light-hearted comedies, with lots of ecchi moments throughout (PanSt does have some adult moments & situations, just a little warning)

The MC of these 2 Manga have fetishes involving the lower half - Tights (Arigatights!) Legs & Feet (Ore no Himegutsu) which the MC struggles to keep secret and keep under control in daily life. In both Manga they have females competing for MC's affection. Both also have comedy and ecchi moments (including some adulty moments with Ore no Himegutsu, just a head's up)

These 2 Manga have a heavy emphasis on Tights. The MC's of both Manga want to get to know his female classmate better, but are often hindered by their overactive imagination. Both Manga are somewhat light-hearted - 'Arigatights!' is pure comedy, whereas Kuro-senpai has supernatural/mystery elements to it. Both are ecchi throughout, with lots of low angles and "accidents" (Kuro-senpai has nudity, adult themes & situations, just a little warning)
